25 Years of Cake Perfection

Cake Elizabeth brings over 20 years of cake baking experience to our happy Maine customers. Specializing in wedding and celebration cakes, we prefer local products like milk, eggs and butter and seasonal fruits whenever possible. Avoiding partially hydrogenated ingredients is but one of the many healthy steps Cake Elizabeth takes to ensure that our customers get only the best.

Patricia, founder of Cake Elizabeth has been baking cakes for the public for seven years now and, after a large, in-home, kitchen remodeling she can boast semi-pro production rates of 144 cupcakes every 22 minutes. This state-of-the-art facility will be the backbone of her successful business.

With roots in Interior Design, Patricia took her college electives in cake decoration to a whole new level when she moved to Maine. She finds inspiration all around her and has specifically produced flavors based around her youngest son’s favorite cookie, the Oreo, and her eldest son’s love of peanut butter.

Her Colombian upbringing is what helps Patricia add a cultural touch to her baking and she has many traditional recipes, passed down from her Mother and Grandmother like Black Fruitcake, a traditional wedding cake in South America.

Whatever your flavor, Cake Elizabeth will exceed your expectations and delight your taste buds with their heavenly creations and gorgeous decorations. Your wishes really can come true at Cake Elizabeth!
